Natural Beauty, a leading Chinese beauty products enterprise, ran a mobile marketing campaign with MyClick in Oct 2006. The purpose of this campaign was to increasingly align their brand identity towards a younger market segment.



Customer Acquisition

The campaign yielded over tens of thousand participants over a period of 10 days and generated a substantial sum of additional revenues, demonstrating an interest not only in the beauty product, but also in the method of campaign delivery.


Customer Rewards

Besides a lucky draw for a free beauty course, participating customers were able to attend selected beauty courses with discount, by downloading m-coupons from the MyClick wap site. Natural Beauty also made use of this campaign to promote their products by offering users free products samples and related information.


Reach

By integrating MyClick with in-store promotion, on-line media, print media and a round of WAP push to targeted mobile users, Natural Beauty was able to reach young females aged between 18 – 25. This demographic is responsive to new media, new technologies and new ideas. MyClick designed the WAP site, mobile content and campaign mechanics to capture consumer data and provide real time reporting and data mining. The mobile community generated is on now the basis for a sustained loyalty program.
