Pizza Hut worked with MyClick to offer consumers discount coupons downloaded to their mobile phones via MyClick’s photo-matching software. Using the software consumers could photo pizza boxes and in store menu cards to access the Pizza Hut WAP site with news on food offers.

Hong Kong's pop singer and movie star, Shawn Yue, fronted the campaign bringing pull power to attract young consumers.

MyClick also allows Pizza Hut POSM materials to evolve into a communication channel. A customer in our restaurant can take a snapshot of our "MyClick" Square on our POSM and then jump to our online WAP site. By doing this, our POSM is no longer a 'static' communication tool. "MyClick" helps to bring our brand attributes to life and gives our customers an extra dimension to experience Pizza Hut beyond food"
Reach
Pizza Hut was able to reach its marketing objectives of attracting younger consumers via the new mobile internet channel. Pizza Hut has not only built up a database of consumers, but now has records of participants with an active interest in Pizza Hut for future campaigns. Over 25% response rate was achieved.
